1. __ percent (__%) of the sale proceeds of each item shall be paid to Queen City Cooperative.
2. Shipping will be the financial responsibility of the buyer. Queen City Cooperative bears responsibility for listing fees and advertising costs.
3. A minimum of two (2) days notice must be given before pickup. Owners will be responsible for collecting any unsold merchandise.
4. Queen City Cooperative assumes no liability for the loss or destruction of any item.
5. All unsold pieces must be retrieved within 14 days from the end date of consignment or the agreement must be renewed for another period. All unsold consignments not reclaimed after the end of the contract period will, without further notice, automatically become property of Queen City Cooperative.
6. DURATION and RENEWABILITY: Maximum consignment length is 90 days. This Consignment Agreement is renewable once.
7. Prices may be reduced at the discretion of Queen City Cooperative.
8. Consignment Payment will be voided 180 days after agreement termination.
9. Checks are issued monthly after the 15th for the prior whole month.
10. It is the responsibility of the seller to maintain all records of consignments and call or email not less than once a month after the 15th to confirm sales, pickups, and contract termination.
